Some students were issued new usernames by the NYCDOE over the weekend. If you were issued a new username, you will need to set up a new password through the self-service center by clicking link below.
Once you set up a new password, please update the log in information with your child's teacher and post the new username and password on your child's device. You can write the username and password on a post it note or small piece of paper and tape it to the iPad or laptop so that student's can become independent in logging into the TeachHub or iLearn account.
Student accounts that were not changed do NOT need to take any action.
